Tuesday seem to come around very quickly at the moment, and with them another issue of CSS Layout News. This week you can watch the presentation that I gave online for Frontend RheinMain. I'd love to schedule in some more talks. I'll be happy to travel once it's allowed, and less likely to end up with me spending 10 days in a quarantine hotel, but until then I'm really happy to do online presentations.

Not CSS, or layout, however this chapter touches on many of the communities that were the starting point for web developers of a certain age. I started to learn HTML via the message boards of the ParentsPlace.com website, back in 1996 when I was pregnant with my daughter. Among the forums about childbirth, sleep, and toddler tantrums, people were teaching each other HTML so they could build websites about their families. I liked building websites, I also really liked helping other people to build websites, and so here I am now!
